Once you register, your free fundraising materials will arrive before your start date. Student packets come collated and ready to hand out, making setup simple and stress-free. Be sure to display the colorful posters too—they are a great way to build excitement and help promote your fundraiser.
Pass out your student packets and encourage sellers to support your cause. The more people they ask, the more successful your fundraiser can be, so be sure to spread the word. Ask participants to register online so they can sell nationwide, and don’t forget to share your fundraiser on social media and through email to reach even more friends and family.
Keep your sellers motivated and excited throughout your fundraiser. Share updates on your organization’s website, send emails to your community, and post on social media during the sale to keep momentum going and encourage more support.
You can also monitor and manage your fundraiser through our Online Customer Portal. The portal lets you view real-time sales reporting and update your account settings with ease.
When it is time to collect orders, simply gather your order forms and send them to us by email, fax, or mail. There is no need to sort or organize anything. You keep the money collected, and we will bill you after your orders have been processed.
We will combine your online orders with your paper orders, so sellers receive credit for both. You will also receive detailed reports to help you track and manage your sale.
Most online orders are shipped directly to the buyer’s home for added convenience. For paper orders, we sort each seller’s items individually and package them in a clear bag with a summary sheet and a copy of the original order form.
